Job Description
Position: Central Europe (CE) Oral Care Professional & Academic Relations (PAR) Manager
Base: Poland HQ’s: Warsaw.
Nature of the position: Temporary (18 months).

Responsibilities:
As a Professional & Academic Relations (PAR) manager for Poland you will be:
- our main contact with universities, dental professional societies and key opinion leaders in dentistry.
- responsible for developing these contacts and for designing co-ordinated strategies together with our partners.
- leading and organizing scientific advanced training events and symposia for our internal marketing and technical teams.
- observing the trends in the dental industry and supporting development of new strategies.
- required to travel within the country and to international locations as well.
Qualifications

Profile/competencies

Education
- Master’s Degree – preferred: PhD.
- Dental (alternatively Medical/Pharmaceutical) Professional with in-depth knowledge of dental matters, science and research.
- Fluency in English is essential.

Experience
Professional expertise that goes beyond practice or academic experience, e.g. leadership role(s) in community health programs, professional marketing/external relations/detailing function in a dental or pharmaceutical business or broad experience in the oral care business.

Competencies
- Collaboration: internal collaboration is the basis for holistic integration of P&SRO in the professional and retail CE organizations.
- Networking in the local dental community is a key competency for this role. Strong credentials, integrity, respect, accepted and recognized influence with KOL’s and associations are therefore key.
- Strategic decision making: able to assemble information from different sources and make the necessary choices to win strategically in the local markets.
- Technical mastery appropriate for a professional role in oral care, combined with understanding of the professional landscape.
